Although Wisconsin somewhen delivered the Trump victory, when the Clinton campaign learned that they had lost Pennsylvania, they then knew that they had lost the ballot.[4] Trump became the beginning Republican e'er to win the White House without carrying Chester or Dauphin Counties, equally well as the first to practise so without carrying Centre Canton since Benjamin Harrison in 1888, and the beginning to practise so without carrying Monroe County since Calvin Coolidge in 1924.
